Pasta al Pomodoro

Total Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • Olive oil (to fry tomatoes)

  • Salt and peper

  • 8 - 12 tomatoes

  • Gluten Free and Vegan Pasta

Procedure: 

​

1. Boil the water with salt.

​

2. Add the pasta to the boiling water for at least 8-15 min. 

​

3. Prepare the tomato sauce

​

4. Cut off the seeds from the tomatoes and cut them in halves. Next, fry them with olive oil for about 15 minutes in low heat.

​

5. Once the pasta is ready, Take it out on a strainer and add the sauce in. *Make sure to mix it well. 

​

6. *Optional add some basil on top for extra flavor.
