INGREDIENTS:

· 1 Mango

· 1 frozen Banana

· 1/2 cup of ice

· 2 cups of Kale

· 2 tbsp of chia

· 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

· 1 cup of almond milk

· 1tbsp of raw honey

· 

PROCEDURE:

1. Blend everything until creamy.
