INGREDIENTS:

· 1 tsp Coconut Oil
· 1 tbsp of raw honey
· 1 cup of coconut milk
· 1 tsp of Turmeric powder
· 1 1/2 frozen banana
· 1 inch peeled ginger
· 1 tsp cinamon
​
PROCEDURE:

1. Combine all ingredients into a blender.
