INGREDIENTS

· 1 frozen banana

· 1/2 cup of cashews

· 1 inch of peeled ginger

· 1 cup of coconut water

· 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein

· Pinch of sea salt

PROCEDURE

1. Combine all ingredients into a blender.

2. Blend until its creamy.
