Chocolate Chips

Serves: 24 people

INGREDIENTS
 

· 2 cups of all purpose flour

· 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

· 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

· 1 teaspoon sea salt

· 1 cup of packed brown sugar

· 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil

· 1/3 cup of tahini 

· 6 tablespoons of water 

· 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

· 1 heaping cup of dark chocolate chips

PROCEDURE:

​

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper

​

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt until combined

​

3. In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, coconut oil, tahini, water and vanilla until smooth.

​

4. Pour the dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients and use a spatula to combine. Put in the chocolate chips. Then scoop the batter to the baking sheets.

​

5. Bake 1 sheet at a time. Bake for 12 - 14 minutes. Then, remove from the oven and let cool for 10 min. Enjoy!
