Bob's buttermilk pancakes 

Recipe by Bob's Red Mill

Servings: 8 pancakes

Cook Time: 6 - 10 minutes

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of Bob's Red Mill Pancake Mix

​

- 1 Tbsp of Oil

​

- 1 Vegan Egg or Flax Egg

​

- 3/4 cup of Milk

Procedure:

​

Heat a lightly greased griddle or pan over medium-high heat. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until just combined and then pour 1/4-cup portions onto the hot griddle or pan. Cook until bubbly, then flip and cook until the center is set, about 2-3 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
